James Smith received his B.S.N.R.E. in Environmental Policy and Behavior in 1999 and is currently pursuing a Masters of Applied Economics at the University of Michigan . He has worked as an analyst and consultant for a solid waste and recycling policy consulting firm and has extensive experience in database design and data analysis. He joined ApplEcon as an analyst in July 2007.
