Claudio Agostini received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2003. His fields of specialization are Industrial Organization, Applied Econometrics, and Public Finance. He began working for applEcon as a consultant in January 2002 and as a senior economist in April 2002. He was also a Visiting Scholar at the Office of Tax Policy Research at the University of Michigan. Currently, Dr. Agostini is an Assistant Professor at the Alberto Hurtado University and a Professional Lecturer at Georgetown University in Santiago, Chile.
