Brian Rosewarne holds a M.P.P. from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan with an emphasis on quantitative analysis. He previously worked for the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan Business School, a research and educational institute dedicated to the study of transition economies. He also holds a B.A in English Literature and a Secondary Teaching Certificate, both from the University of Michigan. Brian joined ApplEcon in May 2002 as a staff analyst and became Case Manager in 2004.
